David's first serious photographic projects were shooting for Melbourne street papers Beat and Inpress in the early 1990's. Initially shooting for the social pages David quickly moved to the live music scene and was shooting major local and international acts when they performed in Melbourne. In the later 1990’s David’s photographic focus moved towards the world of fashion where he worked with many of Australia’s leading designers and models. Please see the Fashion galleries to the left for highlights of this period.
More recently with David’s training commitments he has been exploring landscape and environmental photography, much of which still retains a strong focus on the central figure or character. Please follow the links below to view some of David’s recent travel photography.
